The coaching engagements I offer.
Three ways to begin. One commitment underneath all of them — that the work is yours, and I'll walk alongside you for every step of it.
Coaching is an investment in your own clarity.
I don't offer one-off sessions. Not because I'm inflexible, but because real shifts don't happen in a single conversation. They happen over time — when a pattern surfaces twice, when an insight from session three becomes the action in session seven, when you come back two weeks later and say “I tried it, and here's what I learned.”
The engagements below are designed around that rhythm. Each one is biweekly — we meet every two weeks, giving you room to live with what surfaced and bring real experience back to the next session. Each one starts with a free discovery call, because the fit has to be right before either of us commits.
The investment is real. So is the return — when the work is done honestly.
Three ways to begin.
Hover over each engagement to see the investment — or tap if you're on a phone.
A focused engagement for a specific transition or decision. Good for clients addressing a defined moment — a promotion, a career pivot, or a leadership challenge that needs clarity before it can move forward.
Six sessions across up to fourteen weeks — enough time to name what's holding you back and take the first deliberate steps forward.
Long enough for patterns to surface and shift. Short enough to maintain momentum. This is where most of the deepest work happens — where early insights compound into real change, and the rhythm of the work starts to feel natural.
Twelve sessions over up to twenty-eight weeks. Long enough to go deep. Short enough to stay focused. If you're not sure which engagement to choose — start here.
For clients investing in a longer arc of transformation. A twelve-month engagement gives us time to work through multiple layers — not just the presenting challenge, but the patterns underneath it, and the vision beyond it.
Twenty-four sessions across up to fifty-four weeks. The longest arc, the deepest work, and the most sustained partnership I offer.
What's included across every package.
- Forty-five-minute sessions, biweekly (:05 to :50, with deliberate buffer before and after)
- A clear session arc — every conversation moves through agreement, comprehension, exploration, reflection, and action
- Client-chosen commitments between sessions — you decide what you're willing to act on; I don't assign homework
- Email support between sessions, with a two-business-day response window
- Buffer time built into every engagement — sessions are biweekly, but life happens. Vacations, travel, the unexpected. If you need to reschedule or pause, we'll work it out.
- A free 30-minute discovery call before any commitment is made
Sessions are conducted virtually. I'm based in the Plano–McKinney–Frisco area of North Texas and open to in-person sessions where it makes sense.
Group coaching is in development.
A group coaching offering for cohorts of professionals navigating similar moments — career transitions, leadership stretches, or early-career launches. If this interests you, mention it on your discovery call and I'll keep you informed as it takes shape.
Three steps from here to the work.
We talk. No commitment, no agenda beyond getting to know each other. You tell me what's bringing you to coaching; I listen, ask a few questions, and we both get a sense of whether the chemistry and the timing feel right. If it does, we'll decide together which engagement fits your moment. If it doesn't, I'll say so — and point you somewhere better if I can.
If the discovery call feels right, we move forward. You choose the engagement that fits your moment. I'll send a simple agreement and an invoice. No pressure, no hard sell. The right fit matters more to me than a signed contract.
Your first session opens with one question: “What would you like to focus on today?” From there, the work is yours. I'll walk alongside you — curious, present, and paying attention to the things you might not notice yet.
A few honest words about the investment.
The rates above are starting points — reflecting where I am as a coach right now. Newly credentialed, deeply trained, and genuinely committed to the work. They reflect a real investment in a real partnership, not a commodity transaction.
If you're a high schooler or early-career professional exploring coaching for the first time, reach out. I keep room in my practice for clients at the beginning of their path, and I'm happy to have that conversation.
The right fit matters more than the right package.
